December 17th for Free Ground (5-10 business days) shipping option to continental US destinations

December 22nd for Faster (3-5 business days) shipping option

December 23rd for Fastest next day air (1-2 business days) shipping option

Can I gift a backpack to my friend?

We currently do not offer gift packaging.

Are your products waterproof?

Our products are not waterproof and cannot be submerged. All our products are weather resistant, and some come included with a rain cover.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We work to get your orders out as soon possible meaning there is limited time to change or cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible at support@brevite.co.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping to the lower 48 states.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship out of our warehouse located in New Jersey.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?

We ship orders out every weekday at 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped out the following day.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Typical shipment for standard domestic orders is 5–10 business days. Expedited orders (faster) take 3-5 business days and next day air (fastest) takes 1-2 business days. Our warehouse ships out orders placed on weekdays before 1 PM ET, any orders placed after that will be scheduled for shipment the following business day.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information after the package is ready to go. You can track your package here.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please note we cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments. We also encourage our customers to be aware of their import tax, custom duties and any fees levied by the destination country. Expedited shipping costs will be calculated in USD and reflected during checkout.

Why did I receive a bill for duties/taxes/fees?

Some international countries require a duty/custom payment on arrival. Please note that our website price does not include these fees. Depending on the country, the amount may vary. Please check out your local customs office for details.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Typical shipment for international orders is 10-14 days, but can take longer depending on the shipping destination or service interruptions. Please be aware that all goods ship from our New Jersey, USA warehouse.

Returns/Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy for all of our backpacks. If it’s not for you, send it back for a full refund.

What is your warranty policy?

We will absolutely switch out any backpack that has a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, we do not cover any cosmetic damage done or normal wear and tear.
