How do you pronounce Brevitē?

Brevitē is pronounced "Brevity", which means clear and concise.

Can I gift a backpack to my friend?

We currently do not offer gift packaging.

Do I need The Insert?

Yes, for the backpack to function as a camera backpack you must buy the removable insert.

Can I buy another lens cap holder?

We currently do not offer this option, though we hoping to offer it in the near future.

Are your products waterproof?

All our products are weather resistant with the included rain cover. Our products are not waterproof and cannot be submerged.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We work to get your orders out as soon possible meaning there is limited time to change or cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible at support@brevite.co.

Do you offer free shipping?

We charge $9.95 for shipping domestically.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship out of our warehouse located in New Jersey.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?

We ship orders out every day at 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped out the following morning.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Typical shipment for domestic orders is 3-5 days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information after the package is ready to go. You can track your package here.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We encourage our customers to be aware of their import tax, custom duties and any fees levied by the destination country.

Why did I receive a bill for duties/taxes/fees?

Some international countries require a duty/custom payment on arrival. Please note that our website price does not include these fees. Depending on the country, the amount may vary. Please check out your local customs office for details.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Typical shipment for international orders is 10-14 days.

Returns/Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy for all of our backpacks. If it’s not for you, send it back for a full refund.

What is your warranty policy?

We will absolutely switch out any backpack that has a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, we do not cover any cosmetic damage done or normal wear and tear. 

How do I return / exchange my Brevitē purchase?

I’m an international customer, can I return / exchange my Brevitē purchase?

You can absolutely return or exchange your backpack. We require that you pay the shipping fees. The easiest way to exchange your product is to return your first order and start a new one.
