        How do I know an accessory fits my bag?

        Once you pick a bag, steps 2 and 3 only show accessories that fit it. Tap the i on any card to see every bag it works with. The Rain Cover size is picked for you.

        Do I save by building a kit?

        On the Jumper, yes. Add the Rain Cover and the Camera Top Insert and you get our Ready for Anything Kit price automatically. Everything else is the regular price, and kits over $225 ship free in the US.

        When will my kit arrive?

        Orders ship from Utah. Most US orders arrive in 3 to 10 business days, and your kit shows an estimated delivery date before you check out.

        What if I change my mind?

        Return anything unused within 30 days for a refund. Original shipping isn't refunded. Every bag and accessory also has a limited lifetime warranty, so if something rips or breaks from normal use, we fix it or replace it.
