1. GO PRO
I touched on these in the last post but these cameras are really great for so many different types of filming. Especially when you’re out in the middle of nowhere and don’t have to worry about a camera getting submerged in water
2. FLOATY GO PRO GRIP
Go Pros are absolutely fantastic but they will absolutely sink to the bottom of the ocean. UNLESS you have some sort of floaty attached to it. These types of grips come in many different shapes and sizes. Regardless, I recommend you get a brightly colored one so you can see it in rough water. I’ve dropped a Go Pro into some rough water and it was a scary 20 minutes looking for it.
3. SMARTPHONE LIFEPROOF CASE
These cases are absolute lifesavers. I am incredibly clumsy therefore I (of course) have dropped my phone into a lake. If my phone didn’t have a lifeproof case on it, I would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere without a phone. It also adds a layer of functionality to your phone when you don’t have to be concerned about it breaking.
4. GIOTTOS AIR BLOWER
This one is definitely commonly overlooked. But there is nothing worse than when you are trying to take a photo after a long hike and some moisture or a spot of mud is smudging your lens. Wiping it would smear it more so do yourself a favor and get an Air blower so you are never caught it this situation.
5. A PORTABLE HAMMOCK
After a long hike there is nothing better than propping up a hammock and take a quick nap or reading a book. It is so much nicer than the ground and doesn’t take up too much space. I always borrow my friends so this one is definitely on my wishlist!
